Interivew: William Hinson

Hinson talks about his latest album titled Everything Will Be Okay, saying “some people would say that maybe it’s not the most genre-ly cohesive record, and so in that way, I think it is unconventional.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hinson’s ability to refrain from confining to one single genre is commendable, as while he does not adhere to typical music industry “rules,” this is at his advantage. Through integrating multiple sounds into his record, Hinson has created a beautiful medley of unique sounds that compliment each other.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]My personal favorite on Everything Will Be Okay is the fourth track “I Can’t Think For Myself,” a song with a fifties-inspired sound, and twenty-first-century lyrics.
